    MEASURING QUALITY: (PEV)

    Think of quality as positive and negative<BR><BR>Negative is often easy to start with<BR>list the things that indicate poor quality<BR>eg. customer complaints, returns, re-work, delays between orders and delivery - anything that easily comes to mind when you think about quality being poor<BR><BR>Positive can be more tricky<BR>list things that indicate good quality<BR>eg. badges of appoval, kitemarks, ISO numbers, then go on to positive feedback from customers, repeat orders and referral business<BR><BR>If you can link it to where you work, you'll havbe some pictures in your mind for the exam. That is something my lecturer recommended rather than formulas<BR>
