Hiya<BR><BR>Can anyone tell me how to reveal the formula in a spreadsheet so that when it prints, it prints the formula? We have to produce a report for unit 7 and have to show the figures and the formula of how we got those figures and I havent a clue how to do it!! have asked excel help, but havent had any luck.<BR><BR>Any help appreciated.<BR><BR>Cheers <BR>K

    No problem<BR>Look for the key to the left of the no. 1 on the top row of your keyboard. (It has some weird hieroglyphics on it.)<BR>Press Ctrl and that simultaneously.<BR>Hey presto, all formulae are now displayed.<BR>Press them again to return to normal view.
