Help! Preparing for Work with Computer Sim

I have difficulty finding some items in Sage that I will need to print. Such as:<BR>Subsidiary (sales)ledger.<BR>Subsidiary(Purchases)Ledger.<BR>Main (General)Ledger. <BR>Can anyone help and give me direction to where I can find them.<BR><BR>Also I have difficulty with reconciling the petty cash statement when they state the balance of cash in hand is £... I know it seem stupid but I haven't been taught this at all, I managed to navigate most of Sage on my own but these items are possing a few difficulties.<BR><BR>Any help would be appreciated.

Hi<BR><BR>You could try;<BR><BR>Sales<BR>Customer<BR>Reports<BR>Aged Debtors<BR>Aged Debtors Analysis Detailed<BR>OK<BR><BR>This will print or display all outstanding transactions on the subsidiary ledgers<BR><BR>Repeat the procedure for Purchases.<BR><BR>What exactly to you need in the general ledger?, if it is just balances try;<BR><BR>Financials<BR>Trial Balance<BR><BR>Hope this helps<BR><BR>Tracy0 -

Tracey,<BR><BR> Thanks for the direction.<BR><BR>The task just asked for a print out of the Main (general)Balance.<BR><BR>Only, because I'm having to find my own way around Sage the terms it uses to identify ledgers are not always the same as you would use in manual accounts and unless you are in the know the decreasing circles seem to go on forever.<BR><BR>Thanks again<BR><BR>Paul0 -
