i have a question as follows:<BR>the base period is given as jan 1998, i then have got to calculate monthly sales in march 2003 terms, <BR>do i have rebase first?

    Yes, Teresa.<BR><BR>Take the Jan 1998 sales and divivde by the Jan, 1998 index, then multiply by the March, 2003 index.<BR><BR>So it's (Sales/Jan 1998)*March 2003.<BR><BR>Have fun!<BR><BR>Mike
