    Yes - The ECR sim was a bit memo tastic! Did the FRA sim last week and that was nowhere near as much writing. Having said that, I'd rather write a load of memos than figure out those awful incomplete records questions any day. <BR><BR>I do wonder why I'm doing this course - I've always been hopeless with figures! Suppose I thought it would all just click into place - I will keep persevering with it though.

    It will click into place; at least, those bits that you use will. It's just that you have to cover everything even though you won't use it all.<BR><BR>And, yes, I'm fed up with memo's, too.

    Hi Everyone,<BR>Has anyone done the Unit 5 FRA skills test yet? If So, how did it go and is there any nasty bits in it. I am petrified of Incomplete records.<BR>lollypops

    Hi There<BR><BR>I have just done unit 5 FRA simulation it wasn't easy but I think I cracked it. Alot of stuff about partnership accounts with depreciation and as expected an extended trial balance. Oh yes with a few memo's added in for good measure. It was 4 hours long, which I just about scraped.<BR>Good luck

    As for Unit 5 Sim, I am expecting it to be a lot to do with Fixed Assets, Disposal of, Depreciation and then T Accts for aformentioned. From there, maybe a touch of ETB's, a few adjustments that might clear a suspence acct, P+L acct, and Bal Sheet.<BR><BR>Also think we might have either ICR's or Partnerships thrown in, but not both. Think that time may be an issue if we had both - 4 hours is asking a tough question if we had everything thrown at us.<BR><BR>Oh and memo's as well - maybe not as much as Unit 6 though for memo's.

    hi there<BR>i've done the unit 5 skills test about 6 weeks ago.I think it was ok , wasnt too difficult.ECR is on next week... i am really worried.not because the numbers, because the bl...y memoes.I'm just so fed up with writing these silly things
