Hi to everyone who's in the same boat as me - trying to write the project.<BR><BR>I'm trying to work my mind what you would include in the "Terms of Reference".<BR><BR>I wrote one tiny paragraph but my tutor has asked to expand it.<BR><BR>Thanks in advance for your help

    Trotts, ToR usually cover following:<BR><BR>1) Why the project has been done i.e. This project has been prepared to cover the requirements of Unit 10, Managing Systems and People in the Accounting Environment, of the Technician Stage for the Association of Accounting Technicians.<BR><BR>2) What the report/ review covers i.e. This report incorporates a review of the procedures in use when recording staff attendance, within the xxx Department. The xxx Dept. forms part of ...and the Director of xxx is ultimately responsible for the procedures in place within this Directorate.<BR><BR>3) What the report intends to do i.e. The review will focus upon procedural control and highlight any areas of weakness, particularly areas where opportunities for inappropriate or fraudulent behaviour are presented. In such cases, remedial action will be advised in order to strengthen the procedures and create a robust system with an acceptable minimal level of risk.<BR><BR>Hope that helps!!!<BR>
