Hi All - Im posting in the tech level as im sure you guys will have more exp/advice than us at found. Could somebody give me a guide as to what is Vatable,non vatable and exempt. Where does services to the public fall under.<BR>Thanks

    Anything that has any value added to it, has value added tax applied. the basic exemptions/zero rated are raw food, funerals , insurance, childrens clothing, MOTs.<BR><BR>Try the Customs/Revenue website - dont know their new address, but www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk will get you there, and they should have a list.
