    Good question ...... i'd love to know the answer!!<BR><BR>I've been looking at the past papers but dont think they're going ask about the same FRSs when there are plenty more! <BR><BR>I've focused quite a bit on post balance sheet events (SSAP17) and also FRS3 - dont know if they'll come up though!!

    You need to know these as a minimum!<BR><BR>FRS 1 CASHFLOW<BR><BR>FRS2 2 ACCOUNTING FOR SUBSIDARY UNDERTAKING- CONSOLIDATION<BR><BR>FRS 3 REPORTING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE<BR><BR>FRS 9 GOODWILL 7 INTANGIBLE ASSETS<BR><BR>FRS10 IMPAIEMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS<BR><BR>FRS12 PROVISIONS, CONTINGENT LIABILITIES & ASSETS<BR><BR>FRS15 TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS<BR><BR>FRS 18 ACCOUNTING POLICIES<BR><BR><BR>SSAP 9 STOCKS & LONG TERM CONTRACTS<BR><BR>SSAP 5 VAT<BR><BR>SSAP 19 INVESTMENT PROPERTIES<BR>HOPE THIS HELPS <BR><BR>LISA<BR><BR>

    Isn't FRS10 Goodwill and intangibles and FRS 11 Impairment of fixed assets and goodwill?!

    FRS2 - ACCOUNTING FOR SUBSIDARY UNDERTAKING- CONSOLIDATION has been mentioned in the Accounting Technician magazines and on their website. Seems very likely to come up if AAT and Accounting Technician are talking about it.<BR>Check out:<BR>http://www.accountingtechnician.co.uk/studyzone/technician/?pid=164&lsid=184&edname=1414.htm&ped=1414<BR><BR>(be sure to copy and paste the entire link)<BR><BR>IAS - INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS - I think they're likely to ask the significance of this and general implications of the IAS as they've just come into action at the beginning of the year to are really relevant to the 'real world'.<BR><BR>Lisa's suggestions are good ones that I'll probably go over to make sure.<BR><BR>Only thing is IMPAIRMENT REVIEW is FRS11 (not FRS10 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">)<BR>FRS10 is GOODWILL AND INTANGIBLE ASSETS and <BR>FRS9 is ASSOCIATES AND JOINT VENTURES<BR><BR>This has got to be better than today's PEV! <BR>Fingers crossed!
