DFS - pass marks??????

Came out of the exam feeling bad, couldn't get the easy peasy cashflow to balance, eveyone else seems to have got this right, was ok on first bit got it to balance, new about STRGL but not shareholders thingy!!. Bluffed my way through the other questions, Ratios was Ok too!!<BR><BR>Do u think coz I messed up on cashflow they will mark me down!!

    Hope not 'cause I did too! Can usually do these in my sleep, love them and didn't bother practising them yesterday as I felt my time could be better spent on other things I wasn't confident on. In the event I picked up the wrong profit figure!!!! Confident that the rest was okay so think I will be marked wrong once in the Reconciliation and it be treated as a previous error in the statement. Here's hoping anyway - can't believe I did this today of all days. Kept looking at it and looking at it and the penny still didn't drop - obviously because that isn't where I expected a mistake to be. Never mind, remember you will gain credit for all the workings so you may have only made one little mistake like mine as well. <BR><BR>

    Thanks for that, glad Im not the only one!! I pick up the right profit figure but forgot to do anything with the profit on sale, and deducted the sale depreciation from the total deprec!!!! Mad I did three of these in practise yesterday and got them right. Mind goes blank in the exam room.<BR><BR>Heres hoping we done enough to show competence, as I know I failed the one on Monday, and it dosent look good for tax on Friday, serious cramming needed!!!
