Is is true that we don't need to know about connected persons/husband & wife for CGT?

    no that isn't true.. i learnt it for my exam in december and was taught it in class. Besides, it aint that complicated really, not compared to some of the other things for cgt.

    thanks for that - just don't need to take anything else in if I don't need to (just done brain overload on dfs today!). This doesn't surprise me tho, based on how unimpressed I am with my lecturer(s) right now.<BR>Any other tips that my lecturer hasn't told me about??????
