I was wondering how they assess each question. I know I got the capital wrong in question 3 so because of this my trial balance didnt balance so will I have got both those questions wrong?

Also I didnt cover all the aspects of Operating lease and Finance lease but cover one so will I get morks for this.

I know my journals and P&L account was fine but not to sure on the appropriatoin account as I gave Dan 750 for Capital interest.

Not to sure if I done the goodwill properly I know one side of the account was fine but not to sure on the other.

I just hope I get marks for my workings and method and not marked down too much for wrong figures in my TB & Appropriation A/C.

Does anyone know what marking system they use?

That's the same as me, i've bits right here and wrong bits there....

One question on the partnership app. why was dan's salary £20000 when it had £30000 upto the year end.

And didn't he leave his capital in until the year of the year making it a full years interest on capital £750, not the £500? Maybe i remembering it wrong.. trying to make sense in what i did.

How do they assess each question???

The exam had Dan's salary up until teh point he left as £20K in brackets after his £30K salary.

The interest was worked out on the capital as it stood at the beginning of the year - Dan will have removed his capital in the form of a loan as of leaving the partnership.
