What did everyone say caused the Fav variance, i said:<BR><BR>Reduced quality control cost - due to decrease in supervisors because of performance related pay improving employee performance<BR><BR>Reduced Electricty cost - as stated in data<BR><BR>Reduced depreciation - the cause of the 420 not being met - possible disposal of damaged machinary????<BR><BR>Was really guessing at my answers please somebody say you got the same<BR><BR>Second part just waffled on about crap that i have checked in the book and have confirmed is incorrect!

    I mentioned the same things quality control, electricity and depreciation although i got quality control at 456000 (which was wrong) but not 480000.

    Me as well wrote <BR>Depreciation<BR>Electricity<BR>Quality Control<BR><BR>But People also mentioned ,420000 units should be produced is correct ...........<BR>...........oops i am not the tutor!!!!!!!!!!!

    YEAH IT DID WANT YOU TO DO AS THOUGH THEY PRODUCED 420000, I STARTED DOING THE 350000 THEN REALISED HALF WAY THROUGH THAT I NEEDED TO DO FOR THE 420000 INSTEAD.

    My Memo was based on the same, Electricity, Q.C. & Depreciation.<BR><BR>However, the Flexed Budget should have been on the 380,000 as this was Actual, the 420,000 was only what the Customer required..................just a red herring.
