After Exams feelings
I felt exactly the same last year so to avoid this I've made loads of plans with family and friends to keep myself busy. Try writing down a whole list of things you wanted to do whilst in study deprived mode and aim to do at least one of them a day. I know it's hard and can totally relate and understand. Try to enjoy the summer and if nothing else grab a good book and relax. I've recently read "The Time Traveller's Wife" and "Gypsy Masala" both should help take you away from things for a while.

0 -

I feel exactly the same, in fact after the business tax exam i delayed going home, cos i didn't want to admit that it was all over!!
I think being with the same group of people for three years has something to do with it and now its all over, nothing to look forward to in September, no going back to college and heaven forbid a full week of work!!!!!!
Well that will be one good thing to come out of resits - seeing old college chums!!!!!!!!!0 -

You should do what I have done every year. Book a holiday. I am off to Majorca in the morning with hubby and kids to make up for neglecting them for the past few months. It's stressful thinking about the exams and also how you are going to manage to revise and pack but it'sworth it. Sunshine, Booze, Pool...here I come.

Good Luck everyone for the results.0 -

Hi EvSharp
What's the Time-Travellers Wife like? I bought it for my girlfriend in February, but she's doing a diploma in nursing, so I'll p[robably read it before she does.
Is it a good book?

Thanks0 -

Hi Coggy,

I really enjoyed it. Found it hard to put down to be honest. It's well written and interesting too. The time-traveling bit is the only quirky part to it (a bit sci-fi if you like). My boyfriend's reading it at the mo and he's totally raving about it. Give it a go.

Also check out

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0224071912/qid=1119303336/026-6093854-2701250#product-details

towards the bottom of the page are other people's opinions of it. They're quite good reviews and are similar to what I'd write.

Be warned though you'll probably become quite a hermit once you get into it.

let me know what you think when you've tried it at ev_lynne@yahoo.co.uk

0
