Hi guys, im doing my work based evidence and stuck on the bit where it says Books of prime entry. What am i meant to write for Sales day book and relevant computerised records. Do i just need to explain what they are?

    I can do a screen print of it but its unclear. This is really stressing me out now. I have no idea what they expect me to write.

    Hi Chris<BR><BR>Could you do a personal statement saying you use a computerised accounts package, and that the sales invoices are posted from the sales day book, etc etc, or get your work to type up a witness statement to the same effect? What package do you use? only not sure why you can only do a screenprint.<BR><BR>I use Sage and printed up loads of different work based evidence to cover the criteria for units 1, 2 and 3, and areas in the portfolio that weren't covered I got witness and personal statements for.<BR><BR>Tracy

    RIAR help please

    Thing is i dont actually do the entries myself but a colleague is helping me to do this portoflio work so i dont have to sit the 3 hour simulation. We use Sage but only for payroll.

    Right, I see your problem, we had to sit the simulation regardless of the amount of work in our portfolio!! I've handed mine in now so not sure if I put anything else in to also cover the criteria. Have you not had to do working with computers???     Hi Trace, yeh i did complete working with computers and passed it. Havent got a clue about elements and all taht stuff im just trying to do everything! going insane but nevermind.
