pay scale

I am sure I am in the same boat as many at the moment. Waiting to see if I have completed AAT and have my staff review soon. The obvious subject I am interested in is my further training and wage. I am unsure how to compare my wage. I have tried various internet search's but doesnâ??t seem to be a site's.<BR><BR>I am working in a chartered accountants. Can any one advise on a wage for AAT qualified employee working in the north west, completing everything from management accounts for limited companies, book- keeping and vat returns to simple sole trade accounts. I feel I am completing mostly the same work load as an ACCA qualified employee only with out the responsibility of a team leader role and obviously donâ??t have the same knowledge, but I do and am prepared to put myself out for the company. Ok well that turned into a rant sorry!<BR><BR>Any advise would be greatly appreciated.<BR><BR>Thanks xx<BR>
