JUNE 2005 EXAMS DOWNLOADS
They say the awnsers and cheif assessers report will be available on 1st September.

I'm a little annoyed it's not sooner then at least we could prepare ourselves for our results.

But ho hum' thats just the way it is, nothing we can do to change this.

Reading previous links, I belive that some tutors will be leaving their awnsers soon. Although these will be their awnsers and may not be 100% correct, at least it will kill a bit of curiosity!!! Cheers in advance to these people.

Truffle0 -

I have prepared my answers to the June 2005 DFS exam which I have posted to www.accountancystudents.com under the articles section. I will also post them to the AAT Groups MSN forum when the site is back up. I am confident of the answers I have produced but I must make you aware that they may not be 100% accurate. In particular, students may have included other relevant points with regard to the discussion questions which I may not have covered.

Should you have any queries with how I have arrived at any of my answers then please contact me.

Regards
Steve0 -

Hi Peugeot
Feeling good about the cash flow stuff that you've worked out, but I couldn't see an answer for 1.1. Did you get your balance sheet figure to £48,887? It balanced nicely & a few people on the forum got it too, so hopefully it's right?

Thanks
Glenn0 -

Hi,

There is a 1.1 P&L - if you click the left pointing arrow in excel at the bottom left hand corner of the screen to move the worksheets up - you will find it there.

Let me know if you have any problems and yes, if I remember rightly the balance sheet figure of £48,887 is what I arrived at.
0 -

Thanks Steve

Yeah, I'm glad you got £48,887. Phew!

I got the goodwill to £1800 too, and the cash flow to balance. I sussed out that the first company were very highly geared (but I think I got 60 odd percent. Got the point anyway, so think I've done ok).

Thanks for putting that stuff up for us all

Glenn0 -
