A pro-active and articulate Accounts junior is required to join a small Finance Department.<BR><BR>Duties will include:<BR>·Reconciling Stock and Goods in Transit<BR>·Dealing with multi-currency invoices and bank transactions<BR>·Coding of purchase invoices and preparing them for authorization<BR>·Entering bank payments<BR>·Identifying prepaid expenses<BR>·Reconciliation of the debtorâ??s ledger<BR>·Posting journals<BR>·Reporting<BR>·Dealing with supplier queries<BR>·Answering the phones if necessary<BR><BR>System Requirements<BR>·Multi-currency version of Sage Line 50<BR>·MS Excel<BR>·MS Outlook<BR><BR>Qualifications and Experience<BR>·Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar role<BR>·A bookkeeping or accountancy qualification is preferred but not essential<BR>·Must have good English, written and oral.<BR>·Must be a team player, pro-active<BR><BR>The position will be reviewed after 3 months<BR>Must be able to start immediately<BR>Job is based in Central London<BR><BR>Please email me at simone@dishman-europe.com ONLY IF YOU HAVE 1 YEARS PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE<BR><BR> <BR> <BR>
