    There are no standard questions for that unit as far as I know.<BR><BR>Can you explain exactly what you want and I'll try and help?<BR><BR>Annette

    The Short Answer Questions are normally set by your tutor to cover "gaps" in your portfolio or where the skills test didnt cover a PC, Range or K&U.<BR><BR>I would ask your college for them, afterall they have to mark them and they know which skills tests you have done!<BR><BR>Amanda

    For units 1 & 2 i m stuck on questions 13 and 14. <BR><BR>13. The terms as to description, quality and fitness implied into the sales of goods by the sale of goods act 1979 can be excluded if the buyer is not a consumer, provided the exclusion is reasonable. True or false? Explain your answer. <BR><BR>14. Which implied term can never be excluded?<BR><BR>For unit 3 i m stuck on question 8:<BR><BR>8. Settlement discount is deducted on the face of the invoice when computing the total amount to be paid. True or False? Five reasons for your answer. <BR><BR>Thanks for your reply!!!!
