<BR>Credit control is chasing debtors, and listening to their pathetic excuses for not paying.<BR>I guess sticking administrator on the end makes it sound better?!

    Hi Arjun,<BR><BR>i passed my foundation this time last year & got a job in credit control & its not too bad, the main thing they are going to want to see is you can organise yourself, i work to spread sheets i set up so i cant go wrong, also they'll like to hear that you will report any potential problems to the relevant person to stop debt spiralling out of control, & mention attention to detail it always goes down well.<BR><BR>good luck<BR><BR>Craig

    Hi,<BR>You should mention things like bringging debtor days down by constant chasing, ie, on a monthly basises before thedebt is due a week before a reminder call should go out than at the of 30 days an overdue letter should go out and than if its still not paid send a final reminder and than take them a legal proceddings letter. This process should obviously take into consideration the debtor and amount of debt. <BR>As Craig mentioned attention to detail is very important.
