hi there, ive just finished intermediate and will be starting my project in sept, only this months started working in accounts however, the company is very clued up, with every1 full or recently qualified, this means that all the problems have been tweaked and corrected, <BR><BR>leaving me with no options for my project, what can i do....................... im open to suggestions.......

    AAT have their own case study, you could do your project on that instead of the company you work for.

    <BR><BR>My workplace is similar, however the advantage is, that when you do a SWOT you can just tick off all the areas that are already OK, and concentrate on the one or two weak points, and you will find there is always room for improvement. Fraud control is a popular option as it tends to get overlooked in a highly professional organisation (where there is an opportunity for white collar crime!). Also, look at your own role, there must be some areas, e.g., timeliness and efficiency of procedures that could be improved? In which case, you could set up a 'before and after' scenario comparing the situation before and after your recommended improvements. Obviously it is best to pick something you have a lot of control over and at the same time you would be improving your own working conditions. Ask your bosses for their opinion.<BR><BR>I have no idea what the case study entails.
