The LONG wait for results

Hi guys,

The wait for exam results is killing me! I have never been that bothered before as I sort of had the attitude that if I failed an exam I could always resit at the next sitting with my next exam. A pain but not the end of the world, luckly that did not happen. Now if i fail either DFS or PCR then I cannot begin studying CIMA until after the resit, I have wasted £125.00 and will have to put my life on hold for six months.

Has anyone got any advise on how to forget about it for a few days?

I am going to Dublin on Friday and really don't want to be worrying about this as much as I am, although I have a funny feeling that my fiancee will be glad of the break from exam talk!

Good Luck everyone x

The LONG wait for results
Good luck to everyone who is waiting for their final Technician results. I hope you all get the ones you are so desperately waiting for. Having had to postpone my last exam until hopefully December, but probably next June I can't say I know how you feel, but if its anything like my sons wait for his GCSE results your nerves must be shredded by now, never mind everyone elses you live and work with.

So good luck again to everyone for the 16th or 17th of August.

Helen0 -
The LONG wait for results
It's a lot worse waiting for these final results than it's ever been, but I suppose that was to be expected,
It's because we're so close to the end. The way the exams went in December, normally I would be really confident, but because it's so close to the end I have a nagging doubt. I hope everyone who has nagging doubts is pleasantly surprised next week when the results come out.0 -

The LONG wait for results
Hi Rebecca W,

I'm in the same situation, I need to pass all 3 exams but PEV went terrible for me! I also have registered with CIMA just incase my prayers come true.

Although I can't sit any CIMA exams until I've passed any resits (December) I believe I can start studying a course for CIMA its just I can't sit any CIMA exams in November and if I pass any resits then i'll sit all my CIMA exams in May instead, this way I'm not 6 months - a year behind.

0 -
