Hi, I hope someone could help me. I work as an admin manager with absolutly no part of my job relevant to any of the criteria for intermediate units(I'm currently on FRA). I am studying through distance learning (Premier Training) and am a bit 'stuck' as to what I can use in my portfolio. Is anyone else out there in this kind of situation and if so, have you any suggestions as to what I can use? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.<BR><BR>Vicki.

Hi Vicki,<BR><BR>I was in the same boat as you...the majority of the evidence I used has came from the devolved assessments. These should show which Performance Criteria, Range and Knowledge and Understanding that the assessments don't cover which are the areas you have to provide supplementary evidence for. I used examples of work that I'd done throughout the year which was acceptable.<BR><BR>As far as Health and Safety goes I used evidence to show that I'd attended a fire lecture and evidence of safety posters around the building I'm in.<BR><BR>For the 'Planning Workload' part, or whatever it's called, I used excerpts from my diary to show that I'd planned meetings etc...and a copy of my annual holiday entitlement which showed holidays that I'd had and planned to have.<BR><BR>Hope that helps, Pete.0
