Hello, <BR>Can anybody help please<BR><BR>I have just gone self employed and one of my clients is applying for a second morgage. The Building society has asked me to do a Accountants certificate for proof of income. Can anyone please tell me the layout of such a certificate.<BR><BR>Thank you

Accountants certificate
This is simply a letter from you to the BS confirming your clients income. It will include the profits of the clients business. This is what you're certifying. You'll need to sign this letter in your capacity as an AAT i.e. Moneylady MAAT.<BR><BR>They will almost certainly look for the most recent set of accounts also.0
