I've bought that wrong books and need some advice

I've bought Osbourne books and the college that i'm going to this year use Foulks Lynch!<BR><BR>I've only bought the PCR and PEV, Ltd accounts and and the MASP.<BR><BR>i'm planning on doing the bus tax and the personal tax and heard that the Foulks Lynch are better then Osbourne for this, is this true?<BR><BR>Should i keep these books as i found osbourne so easy to use last year but get the Foulks Lynch too? I have'nt used these books before so i don;t know what they are like?<BR><BR>Any advice?

    My advice is simple. Stick with what you know and trust...<BR><BR>I have completed Technician using FTC books (which are for sale on ebay!), while everyone else in the class including the Lecturer used BPP. It's all down to personal preference at the end of the day<BR><BR>

    Both Foulks Lynch and Osbourne are equally good - it's whichever you find easier to understand

    Good, I've always used thier books and I'm going to go to FTC in Nottingham to start my CIMA Training in the New Year....

    Personally I really can't get on with Osbourne books and always buy BPP for revision. Osbourne books are so boring to read and something that could be expressed in a couple of sentences tends to be half a page of text for them. Just my opinion though. My college thinks they're the best thing since sliced bread.
