Hi

I am fine on day books etc, its when i get to control accounts everything seem to be back to front again, i feel really stupid but just keep trying, i did the skill check on the AAT webiste, i only got 54% so that was a fail. I have the AAT bookeeping book, which i have worked through, but it does not have too may practice papers, i have looked on the foundation website that has been set uo, for practice papers but dont seem to be able to find anything. I hope i am making myself clear and that i am not confusing you. At the minute i am just using the Frank Woods website, multiple questions, to see if that helps.

Many thanks,
Yvette0 -

14 . Previously a firm purchased goods from Levinson on credit. A correct entry to record the firm settling its account with Levinson could be:
Debit Credit
A Levinson Bank
B Returns outwards Levinson
C Bank Levinson
D Levinson Returns outwards

I have done this question on Frank Wood website i put the answer as A, it says the answer is D do you agree? Sorry to be a pain.
Yvette0 -

Hi Yvette,
I would say the answer was A.
i cant see why they have said D as there is no mention of returned goods just a settling up of the bill. Weird.

Sarah0 -
