Morning all,<BR>I have just completed the IAP - Audit unit, could anyone explain what is meant by implied terms?<BR>If you could that would be great.<BR>Thanks again forum!

    Implied terms?

    Implied term is term which is not expressed by either parties but form a part of the contract. I think this is in the eye of law. reffering to ACCA 2.2
