<BR>hi,<BR><BR>i am doing technician level and want to buy some used books with reasonable price, if some one have unit11 DFS , unit8&9 PCR both text books by David cox (osborne books) i would be very greatful to hear from you.<BR><BR>I am also looking for unpaid work experience placement so that i can practice all my accounting skills i have learnt from AAT, I was wondering if any one can help me finding one or tell how can i find it as i have searched at net, applied to some accountants as well but they are not willing to give upaid placement.<BR><BR>I have also tried voluntary work but you know they cant provide a placement with accountants and there arnt much placements as a treasurer, I am completely hopeless as i cant fine any work placement for me.<BR><BR>i would be really greatfull if some one can help me out.<BR><BR>thanks a lot<BR>Haania muhammad<BR>brightangel@hotmail.co.uk<BR>

    Don't give up hope.I also did Voluntary work for charity and later find a role in Accounts.But it's hard to get into accountancy.<BR>You can speak to the local CA firms they take students and also pay some allowance.<BR>Try www.do-it.org.uk where all the charity accounts work is advertised.<BR>Also try the recruitment agencies like Hays,Reed, Office Angles & etc. just to neme a few.<BR><BR>Thanks<BR>

    <BR>hi echo,<BR><BR>thanks for advice, I did tried calling some of the accountants in my area and now i ll try again. recruitment agencies dont take any student for unpaid placements i have checked with them, but still i give it a try again .<BR><BR>thanks
