BPP DFS BOOKS

Has anybody else has major problems with the delivery of their BBP books...? I ordered mine on 7th September and they still havent arrived...! i,ve called 3 times and have been promised 3 different delivery dates ( today being the3rd ) just called BBP and now they are saying Wednesday at the latest because someone has messed my order up...!!!!

    I have had a problem getting the payroll books I have received the text book but nothing else. I am beginning to regret choosing BPP.

    Yeah im regretting using them, they are pants...!!!! I still havnt got my books 4 weeks after i sent my order and the customer service team are pants aswell...!!!!
