Hi,<BR><BR>I hope somebody can help with MAS project. I don't really know where to begin. I am currently working in Accounts payable in an IT company. I am thinking that my scope will be only in AP. Any idea?<BR><BR>Thanks, xxx<BR>

    I am doing my project as well.<BR><BR>May be you can go down the line of closer check on purchase orders, initial quotes, delivery notes so that at no point you overpay.<BR><BR>Cover statements like your staff may be involved in increasing the invoice amount and getting commission from supplier and how you will prevent that.
