Just a query, do we have to learn the international acc standards for our exam for dfs?<BR>Does any one have ways to learn them as my mind is like a sieve!!!<BR><BR>Taking 3 exams at xmas- getting a bit stressed know as there is a lot to learn- DFS, PEV, PCR<BR><BR>Any revision tips would be gratefully received!<BR><BR>thanks<BR><BR>Gemma

    I understand from my tutor at college that the international accounting standards won't be tested until June 2006 so the pressure is on to pass the exam in December. <BR><BR>I'm having enough trouble learning the existing SSAPs and FRSs without trying to remember anything else at the moment so I hope I don't screw up in December. The BPP passcards are quite useful for revising the main points. Other than that, I just keep reading through my book as often as possible in the hope that something might sink in! I thought that the information on the actual ASB website was quite good too and explains some of the standards better than my textbook does.     I am sitting ACCA 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 in december and still hoping to pass. So put hard work together and will be ok because they are not as bad as they look. Revise all the past question papers and you will be ok.<BR><BR>Arjun
