i am studying from home and very behind my course work my last assignment was supposed to be in a week ago and i havent got it finished yet due to alot of family stress i am sitting my exams in december and i just want to make sure that i will still be able to do that even though i havent been getting assignments in on time. i have also been told to leave unit 2 and go straight to unit 3 as this is what the exams is based on do you think this will be ok?<BR><BR>Please help<BR><BR><BR>Thank you

    Hi Caz.<BR><BR>The Central Assessment will be based on unit 3, but you need to understand units 1 & 2 to see where your figures are coming from. I suggest extra revision and printing off the past exam papers from this site.<BR><BR>Scott.

    thanks im just getting really stressed just dont seem to have the time at the moment with stuff going on i work in accounts anyway and understand where the figures are from and i have already printed the exam papers fron June so will be looking at that very shortly i wish i had gone to college now <BR><BR>

    Hi Caz <BR><BR>You're exactly how i was, i just knew there was no way i was going to get all the simulations done before my exam in June.<BR>My tutor was very good with me and just told me to concentrate on the exam and that's what i did and past. Although since then i've only done 2 simulations and there's still extra work to cover on bits i wasn't to hot on the simulation.<BR><BR>You've still got 2 months so don't panic - just try to set aside half an hour in your lunch break to look over the other units and concentrate mainly on unit 3 in your normal revision hours.<BR><BR>On top of all that i still haven't completed my portfolio but again my tutor said my simulations will count as most of my portfolio and they will direct me in any extras i need.<BR><BR>have a word to your tutor and see if they can advice you any further.<BR><BR>I also wish i'd gone to college!<BR><BR>Luv Sarah xxxxxxxx

    HI Sarah<BR><BR>Thanks for that feel better now im glad im not the only one though i really did think studying at home would be better for me but i was wrong there<BR><BR>i am nowhere near with my portfolio but i am going to spend a few hours tonight on unit 3 even though i dont have unit 2 finished yet and i will also speak to my tutor also<BR><BR>well done on passing the exam in june <BR><BR>Carrie x
