has any one done castonbridge project!<BR>please help am stuck.how do i go about it

    Hi, <BR>I'm doing the Castonbridge Hotels as my project..... it takes a while to get into it. after wanting to bash everyone's heads together I made a list of all the 'problems' they were having eg - change of terms and conditions, Hotel accountants using their own methods of collating information and it not being centralised etc...<BR>From there i chose one and am working my way through it!<BR>I hope this helps!

    I have completed the Castonbridge hotels project as well, and did a similar thing to Tarango - listed all the problems/issues I could see then tackled them. <BR><BR>To be fair rather then going into depth in one area I went slightly in depth in 4 different areas because there is so many things you can look at. To be honest only a small part of my project had anything to do with costs because I was more concerned with using the resources more efficiently then they already do.<BR><BR>Heres some ideas to start from - Training, employee qualifications, Fraud risk, security, personnel issues, computers and to be honest I know there is more then this.<BR><BR>I hope this helps you with a starting point.<BR><BR>Kind regards
