Does anyone know if you have to sit the exams in order for example 2.1 before 2.2 or can you choose?

    Hi<BR><BR>Yeah, initially you have to sit exams in order, but of course a student may not necessarily pass all first time.<BR><BR>So, if you would (for example) have to take 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 2.1 in that order/together. But if you failed 1.1 you could go on and do 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 but you would also have to take 1.1 with them.<BR><BR>Hope that helps.<BR><BR>Neil

    Neil, did you do ACCA? How did you get on? I am doing 2.1 and 2.2, currently learning the reasonableness test for permitted exclusion clauses by statute, and it's blowing my head off. <BR>I need some reassurance. Can you help?

    What's your query? I'm hoping that 2.2 is still sufficiently in my mind although I did say I would never look at anything to do with law ever again as soon as I finished that paper!!!<BR><BR>Annette
