    Hi<BR><BR><BR>The difference between Marginal and Absorption is that marginal only takes into account of the variable production costs ie Direct Material, Direct Labour, Direct Overheads. Whereas absorption take into account of all variable and fixed production costs.<BR><BR>Hope this helps.<BR>PM
