Hello, can someone help me with understanding this project please? I understand that you have to discuss the weaknesses and strengths of your current system, and then suggest recommendations for improvement, but what happens if you know these recommendations will not be implemented? how can you complete the implementation and monitoring section? <BR>also the title is managing systems and people, so in which section do you discuss the people, is this all part of the discussion about training, contigency planning, and fraud, etc? and are you expected to suggest improvements?<BR>Any help is much appreciated, we have got to hand in our 1st draft after xmas, cant see that happening at the moment!!

    Hi.<BR><BR>Look at your Unit 10 record sheets - if you haven't got them print them off from this site. They will give you all the info you need. For example, to meet one of the range statements you have to mention regular staff meetings.<BR><BR>Plan your project around the range statements and P.C.s - it should make more sense.<BR><BR>Scott.

    Yeah i have got them, it just isnt making much sense for which section it has to go in. are we suposed to make recommendations for the way people are managed? & 4 the training and planning of work?

    If you know the recommendations will not or cannot be implimented, just coplete the project with a plan of implimentation, showing timescales and steps to fully impliment and your conclusions as if it were to happen

    Hi,<BR><BR>I've just had my project signed off for Castonbridge Hotels which is the simulation.<BR><BR>I covered the implemention and review by stating what potential problems would be encountered e.g certain staff who may be reluctant to change.<BR><BR>I also put in this section about a staff meeting off site to discuss the changes.<BR><BR>Hope it helps
