    I was wondering if ther's anybody out there who is doing or has done the premier printing limited co. project, i am stuck and doesn't know where and how to start, any help will be appreciated

    I did my project on a case study too, Castonbridge hotels. I was studying with FTC and they gave us the case study, textbook and a guide to what should be covered in your project. SWOT analysis of the company (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats), Recommendations/Solutions to address weaknesses. Implementation and Review, this is important to do with any project you are involved in now and in the future, even after you finish AAT unit 10 to, implementation and review will evaluate whether your recommendations are working to correct the problems or have caused further issues that need to be corrected.

    What helped me get started was reading the material, 3 times first, whilst doing this I used a pencil to write in the margin of the case study, the areas I found were weaknesses to the company and possible solutions. Then I drew up a table listing the SWOTs, this I used as an appendix to my project report, I then explained further in my Analysis of the company in the actual report (this was the main body of my report).

    Once these were identified I did my recommendations, I found I had to research further on the Internet, for shop prices of various solutions to the companies problems. I had to do a Cost/Benefit Analysis, to see if it was viable to make the changes. I then send it off to my assessor as a first draft.

    Also make sure you have a plan on when you are going to send drafts to your assessor and when you plan to finish your project (actual dates beside planned dates), this will be an important bit of evidence for performance criteria for unit 10 on planning a project.

    If you do the above you will get into the swing of things and you wont have a problem with identifying a theme/title on what your report is going to be about, the weaknesses of the company are always a good place to start.

    Hello anyone who can help,

    My college weren't very helpful with the project, so therefore I didn't complete it in the year. Can any-one tell me what I can do now, can I choose a AAT case study and then submit it? I started it at my previous job but now am unable to get anyone to sign it off. I have only been in my current job a few weeks and have no idea what to do it on here. I was told that I could maybe get BPP to mark it, anyone know if this is correct. Do I get the case studies from my BBP book which we were using at college or can I get some direct from the AAT??

    Hi

    You can buy just the project unit from BPP at £105.95 including postage. This includes books, sims and marking. I ordered the unit on tuesday for myself but havent receiced it as yet.
