Has anyone got any notes on Knowledge and Understanding 29: An understanding that in public sector organisations there are statutory and other regulations relating to the management of cash balances. Osbourse says to check out CIPFA web but no joy!

    When I was making enquiries about sitting the DFS Public Sector exam I was advised that my employer could provide me with information set out in the unit as I was working for the NHS at the time, there's also a book about the NHS finanical regime I can't remember the name but your finance department should have this, another place would be the Department of Health website.

    I didn't take the exam in the end but opted for DFS Industry & Commerce instead because there were classes for this and my emplyer at the time was happy for me to so this.
