hi can anyone explain the answer to question 2.4a.. the payback period.. im not sure how to work out the months and years.

you get say 700 net cash for year but u only need to payback 450 .so u would divide 700 by 12 which gives u the monthly amount. then divide 450 by the monthly amount toget the answer in months.
but in the exam i cant sdee them failing u on that question as there doesnt appear 2 be a set way of doing it but i always show it in months as its easy to understand0
