Hi Can anyone help.
im dong the june o4 past paper. question 1.2 a) i
the answer i get for the material shortfall is 10440, but the answer booklet says 10444.. which is correct?

    Hi!
    Looking at the answers that are provided by my study centre the correct answer is £10,440...and thats the answer I got too.

    Extra prod'n 2,000
    Gross up x100/90
    Gross prod'n 2,222

    Mats req (2222x20) 44,440
    Mats avail 34,000
    Shortfall 10440

    Hope this help, good luck with the revision and the exam tomorrow

    thanks, at least im not the only one who found a differant ansa..
    students may have got marked down for it, unless its a printing error.
