    its not just the remember thing for me, its the 'good i feel sick' part.

    Stood outside that room waiting, knowing there is a good awful bit of paper on the other side just waiting for you to write in and completley mess up!

    I think its if you refresh or if you click back. If you get a error message it'll double post unless you close the window and re-start it.
