Ahhhhhhhh!!! It does not seem to matter how many hours we spend revising, going through all the text books, re-doing all the tasks provided in class, going over past paper after past paper, the good old AAT always manage to find something to completely throw us in the exam! Or is it just me????
Having read the whole paper prior to starting, I thought hmm, this does not appear to be too bad! However once I started working on it and cross referencing my answers etc, I realised that it just did not seem to flow as previous papers had done!!
My trial balance did not balance and neither did my balance sheet, however I am convinced I had everything in the right place - its perhaps just my calculations in the first instance that are incorrect!
Ah well, whats done is done! Hopefully my working (I inserted two extra sheets into my paper showing ALL the working!) will get me through!
How did everyone else feel?
Here's to a few days off from accounts etc in the run up to Christmas!!

I completely screwed up as well with none of my figures balancing on either section. I went through every single answer and again and thought "what can i do differently" and had no idea. In the same boat as you!

Couldn't agree more same thing happened in June 05, yesterday was my re-sit and seems I will be resitting forever and ever.
I have been revising and doing past papers over and over again and it had no relevance on yesterdays exam. I am considering giving up the whole thing and getting my life back that seems to have been on hold since starting AAT0 -

Dont give up, it will be worth it in the end.
I tried to do past papers but kept messing them up so i just worked through all the questions in the book and found it to be much more help as you dont end up so confused when they redesgin the exam papers.
