Can anyone remember their answer to this question? Was i right in having no wear and tear allowance???

    no there was not any wear and tear on the property, pretty straight forward i must admit!

    Hope everyone times the rental income by 2? Just someone came out of my exam with out doing this.... just thought i'd mention.
