Hi

Does anyone know if there is any problem with sending emails to the AAT at the moment. I have sent a few to different people there recently and not had replies to any of them, I don't think it is a problem my end as everyone else seems to be getting them ok?

    The AAT are hopeless at replying to emails. It really is annoying. I've sent them god knows how many over the last few weeks asking about my membership notification (which they sent to the wrong address despite me changing it at the same time I changed it with ACCA) and they haven't replied. When I contacted the Membership Services they said that they keep on top of emails. They probably do - they just read them - but don't respond. Must say, ACCA, on the other hand, respond to all the emails I've sent them within twenty four hours. Perhaps AAT should take heed of ACCA policy with regard to their members??
