Hi Nia - tried to send you a couple of e-mails over the Christmas break but have been having more trouble with computer and suspect you didn't receive them. Unfortunately have now lost your e-mail address but now have what you were after. If you still need this and it's not too late drop me a line and I'll get straight back to you.

PS also hope I've remembered your name okay - having a bit of a carry on with everything at the moment and have felt like I've lost a limb with my computer playing up.
