Homework Question RPI

Hey,

I'm doing RPI at the moment, and have got some homework to do. I'm confused as to one of the questions, I think I understand what they want but not sure.

Question;

Calculate price index numbers for the selling price for years 2002 to 2005 for each type of carpet seperately. The base year (100) is to be 2001.

I have more data if anyone wants/needs it.
