Hi,
Can anybody help me with these units. I don't work in accounts or with computers. I would be grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction to get me started.

    hi can someone please help me with these units.. my tutor has asked us to complete them but has decided in her wisdom not to tell us what we need to do!!! we dont even have any booklets to go off...ahhhh help me someone please!!! :?
