I am in Lichfield at college, just failed PCR, but passed PEV. Did you sit PCR? How did you find it?

Hi, Steve here - the old one without much hair left!
Passed both (PCR & PEV) so that's it - I'm through & done now.
Hope others have had similar 'luck'

Steve - Thats brill you passed both, congrats!!

Paul - well done on passing PEV, thats great!! I sat DFS and PCR and passed both but I found PCR a nightmare and really thought I'd failed so im quite shocked but still happy, sure youll pass it next time.
Althought I still have 3 to sit in June.

You still must be happy though that passed one I definatley would be.

    HI Steve

Just a quick question before you enter major celebrations. Is it true that PEV and PCR are quite similar to each other? :?:

    Best wishes for the future

Sorry to hijack your question to someone else, but just wanted to say that PEV and PCR overlap in a lot of areas and it is worth doing the two together.

    Good luck

    Re:Tamworth

    Hi, Eva
No time for celebrations with this progression course! - but yes, the two units (8 & 9) do go closely together, all around the theme of management information. Whether or not you sit them together is your choice based on your study workload but it certainly makes sense to study them consecutively. The two units are shared in one Osborne book (excellent material for passing exams, I prefer them to BPP). They're also quite small units and don't take too long to cover. You'll find that the (recent) papers follow a very similar pattern; it was possible to predict almost exactly what topics were going to crop up - and they did!
    Best of luck with these,
    Steve
