New Training Provider - Using Accounting Software

Hi

I have recently joined a training provider who are delivering AAT for the first time. I have taught several subjects before but am struggling to find out how the exam element works for Using Accounting Software. I also struggle to get support from the AAT on delivering any of the subjects so I am really hoping someone on here will be able to help.

I read somewhere that you can have the case study delivered prior to the exam so that the candidates can have a hard copy?

Any advice/ guidance would be hugely appreciated.
