10.1.e=monitor work activity sufficently closely to ensure the quality standard are met
I would think that this relates to having team meetings and staff appraisals.
10.1.f=co-ordenate work activity effectively and inaccordance with work plans and contingency plans
Again this relates to having team meetings and appraisals, and also to training. In the meetings the team would discuss their workload and come up with team schedules. At appraisals you would discuss with staff their training needs. Once staff are trained and cross trained, contingency plans can be made up to cover eventualities such as a holidays or illness. Having multi-skilled staff is a good contingency in itself.
Contingencies also relate to your IT systems. So, have a think about backup, use of agencies as a daily occurrence, or in an emergency and consider the housing of your servers, off site or not off site, etc
10.2.e=ensure recommendation are supported by close rationale which includes an explanation of any assumption made
I think this means that any recommendations you make need to be backed up with a explanation of why you have made them. I cannot answer this further as I do not know what yor recommendations are.
10.2.f=update the syatem in accordance with changes that affect the way the system should operate and check that your updates is produced the required results.
This criteria depends on whether you are doing the case study or not. If you are doing the case study I do not believe you can answer this criteria and extra quesitonning (as was the case for me) may be required. This is nothing to worry about as the questions are extremely simple and can be answered really quickly.
However if you are doing the project based on your work, I think it means that you should try to carry out your plans for the system, as far as possible, if at all possible, and then document the results so far. In some places of work this may not be possible due to management discouragement. If this is the case then extra questionning may be required again.
I hope this information helps.
