Good morning,
I have a sole trader wishing to incorporate prior to 6th April 2008;
I intend drafting accounts to yearend 31st March 2008 and valuing
assets at balance sheet value and transferring over to new company.
What HMRC notification/election will I need to implement to have a smooth
transition;
also sole trader asks about spouse becoming a Director at switchover;
are there any potential pitfalls for this approach,
